How long does it take before I receive my order?
When you place your order, our supplier will start to print or embroider your apparel as soon as possible. The average fulfillment of your order will take between 2-7 business days. After that, our supplier will ship out your order as soon as possible. Shipping will take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the destination of the specific order.


Why do you don't have stock and only start printing or embroidering the orders when they are ordered?
We chose to use this specific method to reduce waste of materials. When you place your order, we only produce what you ordered. This way we don't have any stock laying around that never gets sold and has to be thrown away. Another benefit of this method is the reduction of our carbon footprint because our supplier ships your order directly to you so there will be no unnecessary shipping.


How do I know which size to order?
On every product page, we included a sizing guide. Please use this guide to choose the correct size, so we can minimalize redundant returns.

 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Shipping fees that are charged to the customer may vary depending on the end destination.

How do I track my order?
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us including a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status and location of your order.


I want to cancel or change my order, is that possible?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your order once you have checked out. We can't change the following;
• The items or size of the items
• Delivery or billing address
• Shipping method
There is a 30 minute window where you can cancel your order after checkout. After 30 minutes our supplier has already started fulfilling your order, so it won't be possible to cancel your order from thereon.

 

Can I return my order?
Yes, you are able to return your order. But as stated above we like to limit unnecessary shipping. So please, check our sizing guides to help keep the number of returns as low as possible. Please check our Return Policy for more information.


• We do not cover the shipping costs for your return
• When you return an item, we will exclude the original shipping cost from your refund.
